The Challenge

Sterling Recruit's consultants were spending 3+ hours every day manually reading CVs from job boards, copying candidate details into their ATS, and scoring applicants against role criteria. This was a soul-destroying task that led to high consultant turnover and slow client response times.

We designed an end-to-end CV screening automation. CVs arriving via email are automatically parsed, key information extracted, and candidates scored against configurable criteria. The system routes strong candidates to the relevant consultant with a summary card — ready to action in seconds.
